Insurance Claim Navigation & Rights Guide
You have 100% right to choose your repair shop. We handle direct insurer billing and replacement rentals.
You Have The Legal Right To Choose Your Repair Shop
No insurance company or claims adjuster may mandate or coerce you to use a specific repair facility. Texas law guarantees that the vehicle owner selects where repairs take place.
Right To Request Original Manufacturer (OEM) Parts
You have the right to insist on genuine OEM factory parts rather than low-cost imitation or salvaged parts to maintain structural safety ratings and manufacturer warranties.
Right To Replacement Transportation (Loss of Use)
When you are not at fault, the opposing insurance carrier is legally obligated to compensate you for the loss of vehicle use by providing a comparable rental car during the entire repair duration.
5 Steps From Accident Scene to Showroom Perfection
Dragon Auto Group manages all adjuster negotiations, supplemental claims, and repair certifications.
Ensure Safety & Document Scene
Turn on hazard lights, check for injuries, move to a safe location if possible, and photograph all vehicle damage, license plates, and the other driver's insurance card.
Call Dragon Auto Before The Insurer
Call our customer advocacy team first. We assist you in phrasing your incident report accurately so the insurance company does not attempt to minimize your claim.
Drop Off Car & Receive Rental
Bring your car to Viet Auto, VK Auto, or Lams Auto Body (or let us dispatch a tow truck). Step directly into a sanitized replacement vehicle right from our facility.
Direct Adjuster Negotiations
Our licensed estimators disassemble damaged panels to document hidden chassis issues and advocate with the insurance adjuster for 100% genuine OEM parts.
Certified Restoration & Lifetime Warranty
Master technicians complete computerized frame alignment, laser paint matching, and multi-point safety testing before handing back your vehicle with a written lifetime warranty.
